Herring|Tricom will oversee the day-to-day operations including marketing, maintenance, and financial oversight in order to achieve the objectives of the property’s owner. We work closely with owners and tenants to increase operating efficiencies, maximize revenue streams, and monitor property performance.
In addition to marketing space for lease, Herring|Tricom will identify and contact potential new tenants, develop a leasing strategy, create leasing budgets, coordinate and build merchandising plans, manage outside brokerage relationships, negotiate leases for new and renewing tenants, and provide activity updates to ownership.
Using our extensive development experience, Herring|Tricom will define project goals, provide project planning, oversee and direct the project scope, ensure milestones are met, and monitor and track costs.
